Oh my! What a break! The holidays treated me well this year. I ate [and still am eating] lots of goodies, opened a lot of great presents, and I had the chance to spend some time with some special people. How did your holidays go? Tell me about your presents! My favorite present was my puppy, Aida. She's quite the doll. I took some pictures of some of the things I got for Christmas for you all!

I also got some trouser pants, a Nintendo DS [with The Wizard of Oz game!], some books [Pride and Prejudice and Zombies & a Betty Crocker cookbook], and more clothes and things. Tomorrow, I get another present too! It's a Cuisinart stainless steel cookware set. I'm way to excited for this. I've been thinking about all these things I want to cook in my new set. I've even invited a couple of people to come and eat too haha! Looks like I'm going to be quite the chef for the next couple of weeks. Tell me about your holidays! Does anyone have any New Years resolutions? I've been thinking about mine. Maybe I'll post them sometime haha!

Last weekend Chris shot some pictures of Hamilton Perkins new 2010 line. I had no idea I would be taking pictures that day, but I think they turned out good none the less. Hamilton let me keep the shirts I modeled too! I really liked the weekend bag I modeled. It kind of has a vintage look to it. Anyway, you should check out the Hamilton Perkins Collection! Lately, I've been looking around for a good eye cream. I've tried Clarins and Mario Badescu eye creams and just wasn't very satisfied. I took my quest for "the perfect eye cream" to Sephora and the lady that helped me out there was just raving about this anti-aging eye cream from Bliss. She kept going on and on about how you can instantly see results, how it has the top 10 anti-aging ingredients and yada yada yada. I'm a little skeptical at this point, so I asked for a sample and decided if this product is just that great, I'll see for myself. I've been using my sample for about 3 days now and I already can see a difference!!! My eyes are much brighter and the little dark circles I did have are gone! I really love this stuff!!! I'm adding it to my Christmas list asap! This eye cream gets two thumbs up from me.

very merry un-birthday

So, I turned 25 on the 23rd of November and I'm just now showing you all my goodies. Chris bought me some Dr. Martens boots and Marc Jacobs newest perfume, Lola. To all of you that haven't had the chance to smell this perfume yet...IT IS AMAZING. I love it. It also stays on through out the day too! I highly recommend it. [Thanks hunny!]







I've also been looking for some black pumps to spend some of my birthday money on. After looking pretty much everywhere and finding everything that I liked wasn't in my size or just wasn't available anymore, I found these from Steve Madden! They kind of remind me of these pumps from Urban Outfitters.





So, now that I've found some black pumps, I can cross that off my Christmas list. Have any of you ladies made a Christmas list yet and if so lets see it!? Maybe I'll post mine!

introducing little aida

If any of you are wondering where I have been or why I haven't been posting, it has been because of this little thing right here! Chris got me her for an early Christmas present! She has been the sweetest little girl. I promise to get back to posting as soon as I can. There is so much I want to talk about!!! Is anyone ready for the upcoming holidays? I am probably only 40% done with my shopping. I was also thinking about making ornaments again this year too. Oh my...there is so much to get done!
