Look what I just started on! I'm making this for my friend, Stevie, who lives over in England. Stevie likes to make illustrations of the plushes that I make! He is very very creative and talented! After the poptart is finished, I'm going to send him over a goodie package! This is going to be a lot of fun.

Phyto Phytodensium Mask

I admit that I'm a hair product junkie. I will try try try until I find the perfect product usually no matter what the cost is. Hair is sacred. Treat it right and it will treat you right...most of the time. Well, I found this hair mask by Phyto and I decided to try it out. This mask made my hair so silky smooth and lush. Plus, it didn't weigh my long locks down. I would give this product 2 thumbs up!






On another note, I just recently discovered that my sacred mascara is going to be discontinued. I have been using this stuff for 7 years and now I'm just distraught that they are doing this to me. Does anyone know any super good mascaras? I was thinking about trying Dior's DiorShow Mascara or Bare Escentuals Buxom Lash Mascara.




Please don't let this be the end to my killer lashes!

Due to the great snow, I had the honor of staying home instead of going to work. Since I was half way there before I found this great thing out, I figured I might as well make it worth while and go thrifting. Here are the treasures I found! I'm very excited about these finds!


I fell in love with this vintage coat as soon as I laid eyes on it. I'm sooo glad it fit! When I wear it I kinda feel a little glamorous...haha



Here is a long chocolate brown velvet skirt. A basic that I needed to add to my wardrobe! This picture doesn't do the justice of showing how lovely the color of this skirt is.



This pleated paisley skirt is amazing. It's from Hungary and it's a vintage!





After thrifting, I thought it would be good to work on this little fella. She is almost done!!!

weekend review

Where I live the weather is so unpredictable, usually the weather man can't even do it. This weekend we were promised snow and we were all skeptical. Well, to our surprise, it really did snow a good amount! Finally I get some snow to play in! So the weekend for me consisted of snowball fights, snuggling, movies, and junk food. I also took some pictures of it with my Diana [I'll share those when they come back!]. What a great lazy weekend! Did anybody else get snow?





Aida went out in the snow after I bundled her up in 2 sweaters and shoes. Gotta make sure my girl is warm!
