Ok, so it's official! Chris and I will be flying to NYC next month for a little vacation! I'm so excited I can hardly stand it! There are so many things I want to do, I think I might actually start writing a list just so I don't forget everything! I have actually only been to NYC once so I'm not real familiar with the "hot spots". I would like to know some good restaurants, thrift/antique stores and what not, so all you people that know the city like the back of your hand, please fill me in! I also want to know where I can find some good macaroons. Can you believe I have NEVER had one before?! I have been seeing them everywhere and I'm dieing to try one!

i had some awesome maroons in this pastry bakery in little italy... i wish i remember the name of the place. everything was soooo good.
i'd love to go there, so jealous.
ohh how I wish to be in New York City! Love these photos.
I have never eaten a macaroon either....don't really know what they are to be honest!
They do look like the pretty patties from an episode of Spongebobs Squarepants!
I went there last year! Was a bit too muh from me...probably because it's so differnt from where I live and I had no money :(
Great vintage stores though, quite expensive, but a really nice quality of garments!
vacation in new york?? you will need a vacation once you leave!....;p and neither have i. i have never had a cavity either, and i want to keep it that way. just looking at them is satisfying enough though<33

Ok as far as restaurants, you must go to Max Brenner's Chocolate by the Bald Man, it is so good and they have the BEST desserts (not macaroons though, i don't think). And as far as thrift stores, the best is Beacon's Closet there are two of those stores, they are both located in Brooklyn. Have fun!
luck girl enjoy it
i wanna go back!
